Concierge Services
If you’re traveling out-of-town, don’t stress about your mailbox overflowing or your plants dying. Mariner Bay is pleased to offer out-of-town service to our residents. From mail pick-up to cat and fish feeding we are here to take care of your needs even when you are not home.
Mariner Bay residents receive many packages throughout the year and most of those come while no one is home. We don’t want you to ever miss an important package or have to drive to the post office, UPS, or FedEx to pick it up. The Concierge and Management Office is willing to receive your packages and sign for them on your behalf.
For all those questions you may have, inquire with our Concierge Desk which is staffed 24 hours a day. The Concierge can help you with dinner reservations, valet dry cleaning, directions and will help to keep you up to date on local events.
